My name is Emme Brooks and I am an artist and student. I have worked at an art store the past 6 years but have always had a love for art and channeling my creative side. I have worked mostly in mixed media ranging from digital and film photography to helping design and launch a website for the art store I work at. Further, my work "This Land Was Never Our Land" was displayed at a local art showcase. I worked with clay, cotton balls, lace, and more to create a collage that speaks to environmental concerns. I am inspired by all things around me; nature, film, old art, new art, the past, but also the future. I like shadows and layering and accepting that I am a "chaotic" artist.
